It is located on the first and top floor of a typical 1960s building, which consists of only four apartments and is surrounded by a lush communal garden. The atmosphere is peaceful and residential, yet within short distance of everything needed to enjoy life in Sestri Levante. The accommodation features two double bedrooms with a walk-in closet, a modern bathroom with a spacious shower, a roomy living room with a dining area and comfortable sofa, a well-equipped kitchen, a laundry room, and a terrace ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach. Guests have access to the entire apartment, which can be reached via two flights of stairs. Parking is convenient, and bicycles can be stored in the adjacent garage. The location is central and strategic: about a kilometer from the train station and slightly further from the historic center and beaches. The enchanting Baia delle Favole and Baia del Silenzio, two of the most beautiful spots in the Gulf of Tigullio, can be reached on foot or by bike in just a few minutes. The pedestrian center, vibrant and well-maintained, invites strolls among shops, restaurants, and historic sights. Nearby, you will also find seaside locations like Riva Trigoso and Lavagna, while hill excursions offer breathtaking views. Sestri Levante is also an excellent starting point for visiting Portofino, Santa Margherita, the Cinque Terre, and Genoa, all easily accessible by land or sea.
